Get Started 1
Just joining the YMCA? Returning to a fitness routine following a break? Looking to reach new goals? Working around aches, pains, or injury? Our Get Started program includes 2 FREE sessions with a Wellness Coach. You will spend time with your coach reviewing your fitness history and short and long term goals to determine what tools and programs we have that would best help you move along in your wellness journey. These appointments are available to all members age 14+.
Evolt Consultation
The Evolt 360 Body Composition Analyzer, what we call the Intelligent Body Scanner, is a simple-to-use 60-second scan that provides detailed data about a body through more than 40 measurements. It works simply by passing a safe electrical current through the feet and hands.

The resistance to flow of the current determines the difference between muscle mass, fat mass, water and mineral — a measurement far beyond the one-size-fits-all generic BMI. All readings are specific to the individual, allowing trainers to better design a health and wellness program.
One on One Youth Fitness
One-on-one Youth Fitness session are available if you cannot find a class time that fits your busy schedule.


Small Group Training- All LVLS
Small Group Personal Training offers friendly support and accountability. Improve fat loss, gain strength without bulking, and gain confidence. See the change in your body and metabolism that only weightlifting can provide within the first month of training!

Pickleball Play

You are just starting to play pickleball and you are just starting to understand the rules of pickleball or you have limited experience playing pickleball, you can keep a short rally on the pickleball court, and you have a basic understanding of the rules of pickleball

You can generally hit forehand drives, serves, and returns with medium pace, as well as dinks, but generally lack consistency and control (for instance, serves and returns are not consistent and lack depth) and you understand the basic strategy and rules of pickleball, including that you can keep the score properly
You must be able to hit drives, serves, and returns with pace (including developing backhand shots), as well as dinks and drop shots, and are developing some consistency and control (including consistently hitting serves and returns in play) and understand the basic strategy and rules of pickleball, you are starting to vary your shots between the hard and soft game, and you are moving quickly to the Non-Volley Zone line when you have the opportunity
